Residents gathered for an end of summer picnic

 



As the building work progresses, so the number of plates we're trying to keep spinning seem to be multiplying. Consequently we kept this summer's event low-key & low maintenance and were unable to publicize it as widely as the previous year's event.  Consequently we are very pleased with the turn-out. 

We reported earlier that we are working with a professional fund-raiser and that is keeping us very busy.  We are looking for a professional organisation to manage the interior completion and undertake the work, which requires the input of an architect.  There other arrangements we are attempting to establish.  Pushing ahead on many fronts!   One result is that Cala have agreed to grant us a 999 year lease, so the long-term viability of that is well & truly established.
