The Family Fun Day
Well, we did it, despite dire predictions from the met office. All in all we had about 250 guests and everyone seemed to enjoy the event.

As you will see, the fire brigade sent a huge fire engine - I saw a number of aspiring lads sitting in the driving seat! The local community Policeman turned up too.
Our Local Parish Council brought their incredible smoothie bike - looked like a lot of work to me!

Adur Voluntary Action had great chats about projects like digital skills, repair cafe and volunteering opportunities. They also gave away seed packs for the Adur and Worthing Wildflower trail.

Celebration Foundation arranged for Cosplay appearances, Whack the Wookie, and temporary tattoos

Dementia Support had a representative with info about the help they provide

The Family Centre had funny foam & modelling clay

Food Bank provided light entertainment via a portable wind-up gramaphone
