Family Fun Day Plans

Our team of volunteers is growing in number, and we are so excited at how this is progressing. We will have St.John's Ambulance in attendance. There will be lots of different activities for youngsters. We are planning some activities which will have a 'retro feel' with good old fashioned games: Bean bag toss & relay race, 3 legged race, egg and spoon race, dad's tug of war and lashings of ginger beer! There will be picnic food including sandwiches and cakes. We would love kids to come in fancy dress and hope to have some face painters and something special for all the mums.

Lancing Football Club are going to have a "Beat the Goalie" opp for local kids to test their mettle!

We hope to have a vintage Ice-cream van in the morning dispensing free ice creams.

There may be one or two cosplay characters mingling in the crowds on occasion.

The home page on this website currently shows a schematic of the Community Hub that will be developed along with two other blocks. This development is now due to start next January. We are involved in talks between Cala Homes & the local Council with the intention of securing the lease on the facility.
