We are a Community Interest Company (run not-for-profit), seeking to gain the lease of the Community hub to be developed on the New Monks Park housing estate in Lancing,

It will provide a floor area of just over 250 m2 and will provide a Community Cafe plus a number of different-sized rooms enabling various activities to run concurrently.

The home page on this website currently shows a schematic of the Community Hub that will be developed along with two other blocks.  This development is now due to start next January.  We are involved in talks between Cala Homes & the local Council with the intention of securing the lease on the facility.

If you would like to be receive an occasional update about this please fill in your details.  We have set up a Whatsapp group for broadcasting only (replies are inhibited) so that it does not become a source of continual notification "pings" as is so often the case.
